Silke Hensel


is professor for non-european history at the University of  Münster and principal investigator in the Cluster of Excellence "Religion and  Politics". Her work focuses on Latin America and covers the colonial period as  well as 19th and 20th centuries. She is currently working on a constitutional  history of Latin America since Independence.
